Angela is an operating model and organisation design specialist with deep expertise in job architecture, organisation effectiveness, and strategic workforce planning. She has held senior executive roles at two of South Africa's largest banks, including Head of Organisation Effectiveness at Standard Bank Group, where she led operating model transformation programmes to create future-fit organisations. Angela brings rigorous systems thinking and practical design discipline to complex, highly regulated environments and is responsible for the organisational design IP that powers the Progreziv platform.

Jan is a strategic leader in data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence with deep experience across financial services, telecommunications, FMCG, and energy. Holding a PhD in Computer Science with published research in AI multi-agent systems, an Executive MBA with specialisations in Blockchain and Strategic Leadership, and an MIT certification in Data Science, Jan translates data and AI strategy into practical decision-making and measurable business outcomes. He is the architect of the Progreziv AI platform, ensuring every analytical approach is technically rigorous, transparent, and grounded in commercial reality.
